Thank you for choosing The Reset Room.

These guidelines help ensure every appointment runs smoothly and that each client receives a calm, professional and personalised experience.

Booking your appointment

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting The Reset Room directly.

When booking your appointment, you will receive confirmation of your treatment details and any information needed before your visit.

A £15 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the remaining treatment balance on the day.

Your health & consultation

Before your appointment, you will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form. This helps me understand your health, lifestyle and any areas of concern before your treatment.

We will review this together at the beginning of your appointment, allowing time to discuss any questions or preferences before your massage begins.

Your treatment will then be adapted around your individual needs and how you are feeling on the day.

Please ensure the information provided is accurate and let me know if anything changes before your appointment.

Arrival

Please arrive at your appointment time.

As The Reset Room is a private home-based studio, arriving too early may not always be possible while the space is being prepared or another client is finishing their appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to ensure the next appointment can run as planned.

Arrivals of more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment can no longer go ahead.

Payment

The remaining balance is payable following your treatment by card, bank transfer or cash.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for all treatments.

  • Valid for six months from the date of purchase.

  • Redeemable against treatments only.

  • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Standard cancellation terms apply when redeeming a voucher.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Appointments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

If you’re feeling unwell, especially with cold or flu, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll always work with you to find a new appointment time that supports both your health and mine.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling within the 48-hour notice period, or failure to attend your appointment.

Professional practice

The Reset Room provides professional therapeutic massage in a safe, respectful and welcoming environment.

Treatments are designed to support relaxation, ease physical tension and promote wellbeing. Massage is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Any inappropriate behaviour or requests will result in the treatment ending immediately.
